Blue Lips

An unusual flowering and vining shrub native to the Cape region of South Africa and Zimbabwe. The lower petals of the blooms are ribbed, giving the impression of a lip.

Perfect for shady areas where no flowers can bloom. Place close to the trunk of a shade tree and let it ramble up and around. Feed with a slow-release granular fertilizer every three months. Trim back periodically to encourage new growth and blooms.
